Wine glass

Bar spoon



2 oz aquavit

3 oz tonic water

1/2 oz strawberry shrub

2 dashes bolivar bitters

Assorted aromatics and garnishes

(Dill, orange peel, candied ginger, star anise, peppercorns, etc)



Fill the wine glass 1/2 full with ice.

Add the aquavit, shrub, and bitters and stir to combine.

Add the tonic and garnish with aromatics.
